GroundTruth processes listing and location context needed to calculate property intelligence scores and map overlays.
- Listing page details (e.g., address, coordinates, property metadata visible on supported sites)
- User preference settings (filters, risk tolerance, deal-breakers, weights)
- Technical telemetry (request logs, error diagnostics, performance metrics)
2. How We Use Information
- Compute property-level lifestyle and risk scores
- Render hazard and amenity overlays
- Improve selector reliability and extension stability
- Detect abuse, secure systems, and troubleshoot issues
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate GroundTruth (e.g., hosting, logging, mapping, and model providers).

Operational logs and cached scoring data are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, reliability, security, and legal compliance.
